  • Community Leaders: Collaborate with local leaders and influencers who have a deep understanding of the community's needs and can facilitate communication and trust-building.
  • Training and Empowerment: Provide training and resources to local leaders to help them lead outreach efforts.

Technology and Communication

  • Radio Broadcasts: Utilise radio broadcasts to reach communities that may not have access to the internet or other forms of media.
  • Digital Platforms: Develop apps or websites specifically designed for low-bandwidth usage to share information and resources.

Establishing Local Hubs

  • Local Centres: Set up local centres  or hubs where people can gather, receive support, and participate in community activities.
